I AM GRATEFUL to be the sister of such an innovative, courageous and generous young cyber fundraiser!! Seriously. How many people have a brother capable of inspiring thousands of complete strangers to express their gratitude publicly and support an organization that they’ve never even heard of? Avi, you rock. I think that your Tweetsgiving idea is totally awesome, and I’m really impressed with how quickly it has caught on. I am on the board of directors for the Daraja Academy…we follow each other on twitter! Neither I nor anyone else on our board has the tech savvy to design something like this, but we’d love to. We have only a few months left before we open our doors to our students in February 2009 and are trying to make a big push to get ourselves financially over the hump. Is there any way that we can talk about how we could try and replicate your idea? I’d really appreciate any feedback or ideas. Thanks a lot!
